To provide you with the best possible care, we depend on our expert staff. As the heart of Medizin Center Bonn, they ensure smooth operations, look after your well-being and provide high-quality medical care in every area on a daily basis.
Our specialists regularly take part in additional training. This applies not only to our physicians, but also to our medical assistants, medical technical assistants, trainees and – mostly invisible to you – the employees in our laboratory.
We as a team are here for you and try to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. You will find streamlined processes with short waiting times and helpful people to answer questions and ensure your comfort during your visit. PD Dr. med. Manuel M. Weber
Specialist in nuclear medicine and medical director of the MCB
PD Dr. Manuel M. Weber has been working at the MCB since 2023, after previously working as a senior physician in a university environment for several years. His focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant thyroid diseases. Another core aspect of his work is oncological PET imaging, particularly in the context of bronchial carcinoma, lymphoma and prostate carcinoma.
Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Jürgen Ruhlmann
Specialist in nuclear medicine
Prof. Ruhlmann is a leading physician in the field of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and was one of the first doctors to receive the PET certificate from the German Society of Nuclear Medicine. As early as 1994, he recognized the advantages and the enormous diagnostic potential of PET. When he introduced the method in our practice, we became the first private practice in Europe with PET diagnostics.
Prof. Ruhlmann has been a lecturer at several universities for many years and is a member of the Bund Deutscher Nuklearmediziner, the European Association of Nuclear Medicine and the Academy for Molecular Imaging, among others.
Deborah A. Rosanwo
Specialist in nuclear medicine
Deborah Rosanwo has been with us at MCB since 2001 after working for several years as a senior physician at various locations. In addition to her expertise in nuclear cardiac diagnostics and PET diagnostics with a focus on oncology, Ms. Rosanwo’s core areas of expertise include the diagnosis and therapy of thyroid diseases as well as thyroid adjustment for pregnancy and fertility.
She is one of the first nuclear medicine physicians to receive PET certification from the German Society of Nuclear Medicine.
Patrick Sandach
Specialist in nuclear medicine
Patrick Sandach was born in the Ruhr region, surrounded by coal, shaped into a diamond under the pressure of his Medical studies in Aachen and polished into shape at the University Hospital in Essen, where he worked as an assistant doctor and senior physician. After professional detours via Indonesia and South Africa, he has now found his way to the Medizin Center Bonn.
His specialties include the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases and PET-diagnostics, particularly of bronchial carcinomas and prostate cancer.
